Location + Class Times

6am Class: Lake Mueller Park
Park along Camacho street and walk down to the water or park within the Thinkery parking lot.

6pm Class: Longhorn Field #7 @ Krieg Field.
Class will be held close to the water towards the Dam. You can park in the parking lot of Krieg Field but make sure to find field #7.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength: Back Squat
3 x MAX EFFORT Reps without breaking.
Weight will start on the ground, and you must clean your bar to place it on your back. Then begin max effort squats. When the bar touches the floor, that is your first max effort set.
Rx Men: 95#
