2min Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

2min Push Press (75/55)

2min Assault Bike (Cals)

Notes: Each Team will start on a different movement and rotate after each 2min interval. All teams will rest at the same time after all 5 movements have been hit for the round.

The score is total reps between the two athletes at the end of 3 Rounds.
