Strength & Conditioning

Integrating methods of high intensity, metabolic conditioning, and functional weightlifting movements. During this program you will learn and perform basic Olympic lifts, gymnastics, incorporate classic strength exercises, and have a daily conditioning piece that will train based on intensity/power output.


Olympic Weightlifting is an art form. Our program specializes in the classic lifts. The snatch and Clean and Jerk. Fine tuning the technicalities, building total strength, and working with everyone of all skill levels. In this program we focus on the classical lifts, however, you will be incorporating squats, pressing, pulling, and accessory work to enhance the lifts overall performance.


Outsiders Team Training emphasizes an athletes need for more specialized programming to advance their competitive career. We have incorporated a healthy mash up of weightlifting, gymnastics, metcons, and accessory work to create a well rounded and versatile athlete.  This program is aimed towards those who are serious about progressing their individual performance both in season and off-season.


We understand that starting any new fitness routine can be overwhelming and somewhat intimidating. The goal of the 6 week Fundamentals Program is to eliminate your fears, introduce you to the Outsiders methodology, and have some fun – all while getting fitter. We will teach you how to move safely and efficiently through the most common movements you will encounter in our general classes.

Mindset Training

Being physically fit is only a small part of the life equation. Having a strong mind is just as important as having a strong body. This class will allow members the ability to train their mental and emotional strength. In class you will be given a topic every week that we will go over in discussion, and analyze key points targeting a greater understanding for its purpose. Classes will be held every Wednesday night at 7:30pm.
